How a school trek works

Every trek is planned for one school. Parents get one link with everything in it.

  1. The school picks a trek

We agree the route, dates, classes and group size with your school, and share a written plan.

  2. Registration opens a month before

The trek gets its own page here with the itinerary, photos and form. The school sends parents the link.

  3. Parents register and pay

About five minutes: child and health details, then a payment screenshot. A confirmation email follows once we check the payment.

  4. Registration closes, we trek

The form closes on the deadline or when seats run out. Parents get photo updates during the trek.

Questions parents ask

Something else on your mind? Ask us on WhatsApp.

When does registration open and close?

About a month before the trek. Each trek page shows the opening date and the deadline, and the form closes by itself on the deadline or when seats run out.

How do I know my registration is confirmed?

You get an email with a reference number as soon as you register, and a second email once we check your payment, usually within one working day.

My child has an allergy or takes medicine. Is that managed?

Tell us in the form. Meals are vegetarian, and instructors read every child's health notes before the trek.

Is travel insurance needed?

Yes. Every participant needs travel insurance with domestic cover of at least ₹2,00,000. The trek page says whether it is included.

What should my child pack?

Each trek page has its own packing list, because a day camp and a winter trek need different things.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The refund depends on how close to the trek you cancel; each trek page shows its cancellation policy.
